No, you need not any experience in Yoga, as we teach from basics to prepare solid foundation to every student (yes for that 200hrs qualified).
No age limit is required for learning yoga, if you have the will to learn then you can join the scheduled batches.
Yes, of course after successfully completion of the teacher training cource, you will be certified by yoga alliance and be licensed to teach anywhere in the world.

Fresh Sattvic and vegetarian meal (yogic diet) will be provide during stay.
You will need comfortable yoga clothing, light shoes/sandals, toiletries and a towel. We have all of the props including Yoga mats, clothing needs to respect the cultural heritage of India. This means short shorts and backless tops would not be recommended. Leggings are fine, as are knee length shorts.
Students need to have 100 percent attendance to comply with Yoga Alliance requirements. However, if due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, you miss a class, you must make the teacher aware of the reason and it will be dealt with accordingly.
No. We don’t assure or offer jobs on course completion but students who have taken the courses in the past have gotten good jobs / started their own yoga studios.
